Codon Club Rewards Program is AUGenomics™’ exclusive Membership Program that allows customers to earn Molecular Miles with every purchase. Members can unlock special perks, redeem rewards, and level up through three membership tiers for even greater benefits.

Eligible customers can join Codon Club by opting in through the AUGenomics™ client portal. Membership is free, and you start earning Molecular Miles immediately upon enrollment.

Molecular Miles are earned based on every eligible purchase made through AUGenomics™. The earning rates depend on your tier: • Tier 1 (Alloy) – Earn 1 Molecular Mile per $100 spent • Tier 2 (Ag) – Earn 1.3 Molecular Miles per $100 spent • Tier 3 (Au) – Earn 2 Molecular Miles per $100 spent Molecular Miles shall be credited to your account only after AUGenomics™ successfully processes your payment. If you believe your miles have not been credited correctly, please contact info@augenomics.com with your purchase details. Molecular Miles are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Yes, all purchases made directly through AUGenomics™ are eligible to earn Molecular Miles, as long as the payment has been successfully received. However, refunds, chargebacks, and canceled transactions do not earn Molecular Miles.

Your tier is determined by the total Molecular Miles earned over a rolling 365-day period. The tier thresholds are: • Tier 1 (Alloy) – Free to join • Tier 2 (Ag) – Requires 60 Molecular Miles earned within the past 365 days • Tier 3 (Au) – Requires 700 Molecular Miles earned within the past 365 days Tier upgrades happen automatically once you reach the required miles. If your total miles within the last 365 days drop below the threshold, your tier will be reassessed accordingly. Tier qualification is based on total miles earned over a rolling 365-day period and is not affected by miles used for redemption.

Tier qualification is based on the total number of Molecular Miles earned in the past 365 days. Each day, the system recalculates your total miles by considering only those earned within the previous 365 days. For example: • If you earned 40 miles on January 18, 2024, 30 miles on August 15, 2024, and 50 miles on January 10, 2025, then your tier qualification on February 1, 2025, would only consider the 30 miles from August 15, 2024, and the 50 miles from January 10, 2025 (total: 80 miles). • The 40 miles earned on January 18, 2024, would no longer count toward tier status since they fall outside the rolling 365-day window.

Yes. Unused Molecular Miles expire 365 days after they are earned. If you do not use your Molecular Miles within 365 days, they will expire and be removed from your account.

If the number of Molecular Miles within the past 365 days falls below the required threshold for your current tier, you will be downgraded to the appropriate tier. However, Molecular Miles never expire and continue accumulating as long as they are within the rolling 365-day period.

If your order is refunded, partially refunded, or canceled, the Molecular Miles earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance accordingly.

Yes. Newly enrolled Accounts in Codon Club may request retroactive credit for their one (1) most recent eligible purchase made immediately before enrollment, provided it meets all eligibility criteria. To request retroactive credit: • Contact info@augenomics.com within 120 days of enrollment. • Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Once verified, the appropriate Molecular Miles will be credited to your account.

You can redeem Molecular Miles through the Codon Club portal in the rewards catalog. Available rewards may include: • Discounts on purchases • Exclusive AUGenomics™ merchandise • Charitable donation opportunities • Free expedited service rewards For specific rewards, refer to the rewards page in the AUGenomics™ client portal for the latest offerings and availability. All rewards are subject to availability and may change at any time without prior notice.

No, all redemptions are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Make sure to review your selection carefully before confirming your redemption.

Yes, discount codes redeemed with Molecular Miles expire 365 days after redemption. Members must use them within this timeframe, as expired codes will not be reinstated.

No. Molecular Miles are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or combined across multiple Accounts or Members, including those under the same Legal Entity.

No, only one discount may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be stacked.

AUGenomics™ reserves the right to review and penalize any misuse or fraudulent activity at its discretion. Penalties may include: • Suspension or termination of membership • Forfeiture of Molecular Miles • Loss of tier status or restrictions from advancing • Voiding of redeemed rewards • Legal action if necessary

Yes. AUGenomics™ reserves the right to modify the Codon Club terms, rewards, and benefits at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official AUGenomics™ channels.
